Group Journaling Rules

Create a space for the group where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Group Rules
  • Trust, kindness and flexibility is our mantra.

  • No comparison or judgment ( of yourself or the others).

  • Everyone moves at their own pace, and every journal will look different.

  • Share only what feels safe. You are not obligated to share your journal entries.

  • Celebrate progress over perfection.

  • Crooked lines, messy reflections, coffee stained and torn pages are welcome.

  • Confidentiality is non-negotiable. What’s shared in the group stays in the group.

  • Stories, emotions, and reflections belong only to the person who shared them.

  • No fixing, preaching, or giving unsolicited advice.. We’re here to hold space, not to solve anyone’s life.

  • Everyone gets to show up as they are. High energy, low energy, emotional, quiet, all versions are welcome.

  • You can pass on any question or activity, no explanation needed.

What Group Journaling looks like ?

Anxiety disorder manifests in feelings of fear, dread, and uneasiness, accompanied by sweatiness, restlessness, tension, and rapid heartbeat.

While anxiety is a normal reaction to stress, people who suffer from anxiety disorder may find the physical and mental symptoms overwhelming to the extent that they can't manage their life day-to-day.
